Is this legal?
THC & Shrooms operates from a decriminalized zone, and advises that any and all sales are up to customers’ discretion. Customers should be aware of their state and municipal laws surrounding cannabis and psilocybin and THC & Shrooms encourages each customer to do their own due diligence to understand the rules and regulations of their area. THC & Shrooms delivery is a “donation-based” system.
When will my package arrive?
We strive to have every order on its way to you within 48 hours, but some THC & Shrooms orders may take up to 3-5 business days to process, depending on your payment method and the size of your order. We encourage you to sign up for Informed Delivery to know precisely when your order will arrive.
Do I need a medical card?
No. As long as you are over 21 years of age, you can order delivery at THC & Shrooms.
Product Questions
How much should I take?
The products offered on THC & Shrooms are primarily geared towards customers who have a general understanding of their own tolerance levels and can make informed decisions regarding their consumption. We encourage those who are new to cannabis and psilocybin to begin with the smallest dose available.
Are there any allergens in your products?
We work with each of our brands to try and learn the presence of any allergens in their products and disclose that information to our customers. However, customers are encouraged to do their own diligence prior to consuming any product.
Do brands on THC & Shrooms test their products on animals?
No, none of the brands featured on THC & Shrooms perform animal testing in the development of their products. (They are all far more likely to test their new products on themselves)
Payment Questions
How do I pay for my order?
THC & Shrooms accepts payment in the form of CashApp or cryptocurrency at the time of checkout. Your order is not confirmed until the funds are received, which typically takes a few minutes to an hour if you send the exact amount. Sending the wrong amount may delay your order several days, so we encourage all customers to triple-check their payment amount before sending.
What is the process for paying with cryptocurrency?
You’ll be presented with a one-time-use wallet address to send your payment to. Similar to our other checkout options, order confirmation happens within a few minutes to an hour if you send the exact amount, and orders can be delayed if the wrong amount is sent. Please triple-check the amount before sending.
Order Questions
Do you offer free shipping?
We do! We currently offer free shipping on orders over $200 for all customers.
Where do you ship?
We ship all over the continental United States, with the exception of U.S. territories and any APO/FPO addresses. We are constantly assessing the landscape of shipping costs and carriers to expand our shipping network and get you your orders faster and cheaper.
How long does it take to ship?
On average, orders take anywhere from 3 days to 2 weeks to arrive, depending on the package’s final destination and the size and nature of your order.
How do you ship your packages?
All of our orders are securely and discreetly packaged with no way of seeing what is inside.
Will the weather affect my order in transit?
All of our edible products are made and stored under ideal temperatures. Unfortunately, once it leaves our hands, we have no control over the storage conditions of your package, and it is possible that orders from customers in warmer climates may be affected by the environment. We recommend those customers to monitor Informed Delivery and bring their package inside to cooler temperatures once it arrives, and to refrigerate and/or freeze any affected product to restore its integrity. The efficacy of your edible product will not be compromised by changes in the environment.
However, if you do receive an edible order which has been significantly melted or damaged in transit, please reach out to us, and we’ll do our best to make it right.
How do I change or cancel my order?
We try to fill and send your order as quickly as possible, and that may limit our ability to modify your order or prevent it from shipping. However, please reach out to us with any specific request, and we’ll do our best to help.
Can I return products?
In order to maintain discretion, we do not accept any returns of product. If you are unsatisfied with your product for any reason, please reach out and we’ll do our best to make it right.
